As the Ecuador beans are soft and gentle we can push the strength up to 83%. The careful roasting and the long conching process drive off bitterness and leave a strong chocolate; delicious with a coffee or a brandy.

Description
Fine chocolate made from floral "Nacional" beans from the Camino Verde project. We roast them and stone-grind for 60 hours in small batches. It tastes like a 70% chocolate!

Deep, warm flavours with hints of citrus, raisins and coffee.
Ingredients
Single origin cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin. No nuts, gluten, soya or dairy ingredients are used in this bar.
